  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized chunks
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup dill pickle juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method:

  1. Place the chicken in a bowl and pour in the milk and pickle juice. Stir well, ensuring the chicken is submerged. Let it marinate for 45 minutes.
  2. After marinating, transfer the chicken to a tray lined with paper towels to absorb excess moisture. Pat the top of the chicken with more paper towels to dry thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the chicken in this mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked.
  5. Once cooked through (reaching an internal temperature of 165°F), remove from heat and serve with your preferred dipping sauce.

Notes:
