Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
  • 2-3 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons of butter

Method:

  1. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then serve.
