Mexican Strawberry and Cream Dessert


Cool off yourself with this simple and quick delight, Strawberry Agus Frescas. Mix fresh strawberries, vanilla, and milk for a sweeter and soothing treat that is ideal for a sunny day.

  • 2 lbs. Strawberries, diced
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk, sweetened
  • ½ cup of sugar or to taste


  1. In a blender, put 1 ½  pounds of strawberries and water, and then blend until smooth.
  2. In a pitcher, pour the strawberry puree and mix in evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Add sugar to taste and mix again. Gently mix in the remaining ½ pound strawberries and ice cubes.
  4. Chill and enjoy!
