This sirloin steak recipe is accompanied by an intensely garlicky butter, elevating it to a melt-in-your-mouth delight! I’ve yet to encounter another steak that rivals the perfection of this dish. When indulging in steak, never compromise on flavor, even if it means a few extra calories.

Total time: 30 min
Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 pounds beef top sirloin steaks
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic and garlic powder. Set aside.
  3. Season both sides of each steak with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the steaks on the preheated grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure they reach 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium doneness.
  5. Transfer the steaks to warmed plates. Brush the tops liberally with garlic butter and let them rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

Notes:
To achieve perfect grill marks and even cooking, make sure the grill is well preheated before placing the steaks on it. This helps sear the meat quickly, locking in the juices and creating that irresistible charred flavor.
