Method:
- Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- Sift the flour and baking soda into a mixing bowl. Add sugar and mix well.
- Combine Wet Ingredients and Bake:
- In another bowl, beat the egg, then mix in the apricot jam, melted butter, vinegar, and milk. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
